- Will provide kind and supportive guidance and education for fellow volunteers and caregivers in how to model principles and practices that demonstrate appropriate decision-making and responsibility for our girls
Procedures and guidelines referenced in the Code of Conduct are detailed in the Volunteer Product Program Guide.
Disciplinary Actions
We rely on our volunteers to kindly coach each other through making decisions that focus on educating the girls and making this a safe, fair, and fun learning experience for them.
If a volunteer or troop displays repeated behavior that does not honor the Code of Conduct or product program procedures, and does not correct itself after peer coaching, the council will consider whether disciplinary actions are warranted. These consequences will include forfeiture of rewards or proceeds or dismissal from volunteer positions. The consequence(s) will be carefully considered according to the degree of poor conduct displayed.
If you believe any situation threatens the safety of the girls, or their proceeds, please contact Council.
