For video responses, please limit answers to 2 minutes or less. It is your responsibility to make sure the video is viewable. a. Girl Scouts of the USA has a goal to grow our overall organization membership. What is one way for GSCSA to attract new members to our organization, particularly from families who have never be involved with Girl Scouts before?

b. Related to our goal of growing membership, we also want to make sure current members stay engaged in Girl Scouts as they grow up. What is one way for GSCSA to continue to engage current members through elementary, middle, and high school?

c. We want our membership to reflect our communities and the United States as a whole. What are your recommendations for how GSCSA can reach Black, Hispanic/Lantinx, and/or rural families either council-wide or in particular regions?

d. We want Girl Scouts to have opportunities to connect with the international community and see themselves as global citizens. What’s one way we might achieve this goal?
