  • The CookieTheft form is to be completed when a parent/caregiver fails to submit the entire amount due for cookies received during a product program. If a parent/caregiver does not pay the troop for cookies received, the troop must complete this form so the troop will be released of the financial responsibility of a cookie theft from a parent/caregiver for the current cookie program. If the troop does not complete and return this form, it is assumed the theft is owed by the troop and the troop volunteer will be held liable for the cookie theft. One cookie theft form must be completed for each girl who has any amount unpaid. The deadline to submit for the 2024-2025 Cookie Program is March 24th at 11:59PM.
