Girl Scouts of Southern Appalachians 2026 Cookies Opt-Out Form (Online Portion)

Cadette, Senior, or Ambassador Girl Scout troops can agree, as a troop, to opt-out of the girl rewards. To do so, each girl must sign the Opt-Out form (available on our website) agreeing to forgo all rewards at each level*. Once signed, the Opt-Out form can be submitted to the council by uploading it (see below) as part of submitting this online form. If each girl agrees and the troop opts-out, the troop will earn additional proceeds. See the Volunteer Cookie Guide for more details.
