    Service Unit Delivery Location Information

    2025 Cookie Program
  • Deadline to submit this form: Monday, January 20

We cannot accept late forms for service unit delivery. If we don't receive a form for your service unit by the deadline, your service unit will be assigned to the closest regional distribution site.

  • This delivery form pertains to Cookie Delivery only. You will designate the location for initial and final rewards delivery in eBudde.  Your delivery location for cookies must meet the following requirements:

    Cookie Delivery—Location Requirements:

    • Service unit cookie deliveries will be January 20- February 7.
    • Secure a delivery station with easy access for volunteers and a large delivery truck.
    • A secured location in the event cookies must be left overnight. Must be clean, climate-controlled, out of direct sunlight, pest free, and water-tight.
    • Avoid locations that have stairs, narrow hallways, or a long distance to receive or distribute cookies.

Typical scenarios which may prevent a delivery truck from safely accessing your delivery location:

    • Gated communities and neighborhoods may impose access restrictions for large trucks
    • Insufficient height clearance such as low tree branches, power lines, or bridge overpasses
    • Narrow roads, switchbacks, small roundabouts, car or tree-lined streets and driveways with tight turns
    • Limited maneuvering space to back up, exit, or turn the vehicle around (such as a high density, residential complex parking lot)
    • Very old, weak, or narrow bridge
    • Dirt or gravel roads may turn to mud when wet and act like quicksand under the weight of a large delivery truck.

    Delivery Day Responsibilities:

    • You will be notified to confirm the exact date of your delivery. The approximate time of your delivery may not be available until 24-36 hours prior to your delivery.
    • Delivery trucks may be delayed by previous stops, traffic, or weather. They also need time to unload all cookies at your location. Please plan your volunteers and troop pick-up schedule accordingly. Do not schedule troop pick-up too early. The delivery agents are required by law to take breaks and lunch.
    • Greet the truck when it arrives. Show the delivery agent where you want each variety of cookie placed. Stack cookies by variety.
    • Be sure the number of cases you receive matches the number of cases on the delivery ticket you sign. Pay close attention and count everything twice!
    • If there are shortages, overages, or damaged cookies that cannot be corrected during delivery, please note it on the delivery ticket before you sign the receipt.
    • Email product@girlscoutcsa.org immediately following your delivery with any discrepancies noted on the delivery ticket. In your message, please include your name, phone number with area code, service unit name and number.
    • When distributing cookies to troops, count all cookies with troop volunteers carefully. Require troops to sign a receipt agreeing to the exact number of cases that they received.  Keep these receipts in your files.
